This was a lovely all inclusive hotel, very relaxed with lots of nice bars and restaurant options, including a pier and some beach front places. The food was fantastic and the pools were fun. Kids club was also really good, but 10am is a late opening time… kids wake up early even on holidays

It’s a real mixed bag. I can’t say that ifs overall a 5* resort. The entrainment is fantastic. Grounds are stunning, beach is amazing. Food is varied. House keeping is really mixed and confusing. I can’t figure out how much or impacted me. But the entertainment is just amazing, the rooms are ok, some Parts of the hotels are tired, I would not say over all 5*

Generally good but far from excellent in many ways

Some things to bear in mind that would have made us consider other properties on the same strip: Room sound isolation is very poor and outdated, meaning of you are travelling with babies or small kids, you might have music coming in from various events through balcony and noisy neighbours outside. Hotel has a big amount of sun bed warriors meaning if you are looking for a luxury feel, it quickly abates with tons of families occupying sun chairs without being there for hours. Can definitely feel a bit chaotic at times as well around the pool area and different venues as hotel aims for a mix of family/kid crowd coupled with adults only, which in the end in my view simply misses the mark on both ends. Ultimately, be aware of the taxi service provided by the hotel. Despite multiple pleas to order a cab where you can by by card or taxometer, each time they drove us down from hotel to ”taxi manager” who quoted absolutely obscene prices. The fact that they collaborate with such a company is very poor.

Bottomless Food and Fun

It was a great trip and my family came to this hotel from Germany, England, United States, and Iran. The hotel is luxury and offers foods and beverages 24 hours with many varieties. They had nightly shows and entertainment that created so much fun and enjoyable time. They had a very large outside pool with many water activities and music. This place is wonderful for families with children.
