Front desk staff was super nice. The room was a little underwhelming for the price. Our door had been repainted over layers of paint that had peeled but had not been sanded smooth, so that wasn’t a good look. I was surprised we could hear so much street noise on the 21st floor. The Hyatt parking garage was extremely sketchy - I was shocked that Hyatt would actually put its name on it. There was no elevator, parts were boarded up, and there was a liquor store with crime bars in the front corner of the garage!!

Polite & helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed. I'd give them 5 stars if they offered free water in the rooms but it was only free for a certain tier, and otherwise $4 for a small bottle. I'd stay here again: great location and very easy to access.
