The valet parking in itself was so hectic I’d rate this a one star based off that. . It took us over an hour just to get from the turn lane into the parking garage. There was no self pay options and we weren’t told that until we got inside surrounded by a hundred other cars and couldn’t leave plus we waited an hour. Hotel was nice and big I’ll give it that but unless you were willing to spend probably more then your room cost on the dining and valet. It’s not worth it. Hallways smelt like cigs even tho it’s a no smoking place. Other than that the rooms were okay. Water pressure good. Water didn’t get super hot once during our stay.

Booked a stay for an quick, inexpensive 1-night retreat to see the aquarium... pulled into the parking garage, gridlocked...a valet comes to my window and says no general parking, it's full, and you can't leave to get out to any available lots around the hotel, and they're full too if you do, but you can valet for $60 (didn't plan on paying at all)...i felt like i was "strong armed to pay" for something i didn't want bc the business couldn't accommodate parking at check in... after finally valeting & getting checked in the roomn it was just ok, bathroom was dirty and no trash bags in the cans in the room, along with lights out on the bed... the view was great from the 20th floor and food delivered was also pretty good... Then that evening, we decided to walk to dinner, couldn't believe the homeless population hanging out on the street peddling right outside, did not feel safe even in front (which the drive up was blocked off due to construction)? Finally, upon checking out this morning, I noticed I was double billed for valet, $60 & $65 which if i didn't catch it i would've been billed for... went to the desk, and they removed the $65 one... when i got downstairs to pick up my truck, the ladies at the desk said they took off the wrong fee and i waited for them to re-bill me $65 instead of $60 since i had a truck... so i waited another 10 min before it was done... finally checked out and can't believe what i had to deal with for a 1- night stay in Atlanta!

Loved it! A perfect stay

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. I can be picky about hotels and I truly enjoyed my stay. The inside of the property is breathtaking when you first walk in and staff were so friendly and kind. The location is perfect for sightseeing.

I Great stay at Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown! The views were nice, the room was ready early, and check-in was easy. Very clean and close to so much in downtown. There was a lot of offsite parking, but overall very convenient.
