We liked the property very much. The room was clean and comfortable. The minibar was well stocked and the first dayโ€™s consumption was complimentary. We liked the second floor mezzanine which was nice for reading. It also had a coffee machine and a hot pot for tea.

I love the staff and the boxed breakfast. The area is safe, close to everything. You can walk to the Gothic neighborhood, Sagrada Familia, Batlo House, restaurants and bars. Love it. Rooms very clean, good bathrooms and lovely souvenirs.

Travelled as a couple; Sept 2024. Rooms are not as shown in the pics. They are mostly painted concrete and look like dorm rooms. The staff did not acknowledge the presence of any guests unless you went right up and asked a question - and the answer was often โ€˜I donโ€™t knowโ€™ or something else similarly unhelpful. Great location but disappointing everything else.

The location of this hotel was great! It was close to a lot of things. The inside of the room was so cute with the decor and the different lights in the bathroom. My issue was the air conditioning wasnโ€™t the best in the rooms. We tried to explain that to the person at the front desk and they kind of dismissed us said, โ€œwe'll look at it tomorrowโ€. We got someone on the phone to translate to him that we will leave if this matter is not fixed at the moment. He finally moved us to another room but the a/c wasnโ€™t too much better. The a/c works very well in common spaces. Then on one of days the power goes out completely on our floor. We left the next day.
