The bathroom door was so close to the song that I could not open the door unless i completely step away ajar it all the way and then go in and close it feels super inconvenient and awkward nobody else can use the sink…. That took one star away Second for me was the coffee machine was so poorly placed inside a shelf that you can not fill it with water u less you physically take the whole coffe maker out loaded and put it back in, not to mention that was not. Even a place to put it 😩 completely unusable

My husband and I stayed there for a short 3-night break. It was GREAT. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, everything ran smoothly. Our bedroom was cleaned everyday. I couldn't fault it in any way. Would definitely recommend.

Beware you can't bring outside food in. Was told to move and sit in the corner of the lobby for having a Starbucks drink in hand. Sewage smell started radiating out of the shower on the last day of a 4-night stay.

We will give our stay here a WOW! We checked in and were given a room on the top 26th floor with incredible views! Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, large rainfall shower and other amenities. We enjoyed the pool on the 23rd floor, also with awesome views of the ocean. The water temperature was warm and comfortable! We did pay extra for the breakfast buffet for all three days. It was excellent with a huge variety of breakfast foods, meats, salad, fruit, cereals, yogurt, etc. There are coffee machines with a wide choice of drinks plus several choices of different juices next to it. Pastries are also available. The buffet is a great value. The Diagonal Mar (3 floors of mall) is next door with 200+ stores and a large variety of restaurants. The beaches are a few minutes away within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to transportation. Property is clean, close to shopping and restaurants. It has nice views for the city and ocean. Beach is close by and walkable. Overall, stay was pleasant. Maintenance staff need to remember to lock the room after doing work in the room. It happened twice during my stay where the room was left open after they completed the work. The 3 Euro service fee to deliver a fork to the room seemed ridiculous.
