Ideal location for getting the metro to the central parts of the city, also walkable to explore local neighbourhoods, great views of the Sagrada Família, friendly staff and good service. Felt safe and like we were in touch with the locals without feeling so isolated from the city and attractions. I will say that the shower in the bathroom had a bit of mould in the ceiling, shower floor was not clean and it seems the shower floor is in need of a good scrub because the dirt seemed semi permanent, we noticed bugs crawling in the ceiling by the window and the mirrored storage cabinets were dirty. The cleaners did a great job of cleaning the rooms so I reckon for these issues are to do with the facilities needing replacing.

Great hotel for the price

Very nice hotel at a great price. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We lived the rooftop bar and restaurant. The breakfast was amazing. Everything you could want. Great location.

Hotel was lovely. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the glass door to the bathroom with no lock. The rooftop pool is great but small so it gets busy and loungers are limited but people move on fairly quickly and don’t hog them all day

LOVE THIS HOTEL ..CLOSE TO GLORIES STATION VERY ACCESSIBLE TO ALL THE MAJOR SPOTS... IT WAS A 20 MINUTE WALK FROM THE BEACH..DRINKS AND FOOD WERE NICE AND THE COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING WAS A NICE TOUCH.. THE ROOM ALWAYS SMELT AMAZING.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The design of the hotel and rooms were beautiful but functionally it wasn’t great. The shower door didn’t close, so the water sprayed out in the bathroom… but there’s no bathroom door, so it was actually just spraying water into our room. The room was great for my brother who was a single, but for people sharing a room for 2… it was TINY. Also - the pool upstairs was kind of disgusting, plastic floating in the pool… cups from drinks, etc. However the staff were incredible! They helped me when I was sick, they helped us get our airport taxi, they gave us extra towels, brought us tea… they made the hotel a lot better!

Was given a handicap room at checkout, while this was no big deal to me and my boyfriend at the beginning turned into a nightmare. We checked in late at night and the following morning I wake up to shower. I am in there no longer than 10 minutes the drain of the shower was broken by the time I realized the water was going everywhere it was to late. The entire floor of the bathroom and all throughout the bedroom was completely soaked my book bag was on the floor so all my clothes at the bottom was drenched. We go down to the front desk asking for another room and they said no because they were apparently fully booked so we then asked for some compensation back as we are wasting our day because they gave us a faulty shower in our room they said no to that as well and said we’ll send a maid up which took around 40 minutes to clean our room while we waited outside in the hall in our pjs because most of our clothes got wet. Overall our stay here was horrible would not recommend.
