The room was spacious, clean and cosy. I liked it a lot. Bathroom was also great - modern and clean. What disappointed me a bit was the quality of the breakfast.

Room was spotless and staff were very accommodating. Only negatives were the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and unfortunately the roof top restaurant was closed on the Sunday which has amazing views of the Rhein.

Good business hotel. Good breakfast and excellent reception staff. Housekeeping was a bit patchy, and the carpets desperately need deep cleaning, but overall I had a very good stay.

The M Lounge was dismal very poor offering. The guestroom AC did not provide any heat. Elevators were a disaster. 2 out of 4 elevators were out intermittently. 17th floor lounge has amazing views. Great service and personel all across the board.

Excellent location. Amenities were on point. Only one thing truly needs to be improved, and that’s the elevators. They’re inexcusably slow and the control system needs a software update. Staff, breakfast, bar, and room were fantastic.
