Amazing resort. The staff throughout the property were wonderful, and the pool service was excellent. The only disappointing part of my stay was the front desk at the spa. The two gentlemen there weren’t friendly, didn’t seem familiar with the service I had booked, and their attitude wasn’t welcoming. Once inside, the services themselves were exceptional. Overall, it was a great stay, and I just wish the initial interaction had been more pleasant.

The resort was modern with plenty of amenities and things to do. We liked the ability to have reservations and activities on the app, that really helped! There was a great variety in the food and it was all very good quality. We visited in November and with the cooler weather, it would have been nice if the pools were heated or hot tubs were available in the pool area. Also their rooms only have air conditioning and ours was broken and stuck on which made the cool November nights even cooler. Those were the only two opportunities I saw for improvements.

A fantastic stay, very quiet and peaceful, exactly what we were looking for in a resort. The Serenity area was the perfect distance from the main area to be close enough, but far enough that you couldn’t hear anything but birds and waves. The room was amazing, and the staff did a great job with cleaning and stocking the mini fridge. The staff all over the resort were incredible. I’ve never met such hard working, friendly, always with a smile on their face resort workers. They make the experience there that much better with their great attitudes. If I had to knit pick one thing, it would be the food. If the food is a deal breaker for you, I wasn’t blown away by it. We absolutely managed to get by, but found we had to eat at the Buffett a little more than we would have liked. All in all though a wonderful resort if you’re looking for the quiet, peaceful, relaxing getaway. We would definitely go back, and probably will!

The service was EXCEPTIONAL and truly the highlight of Haven. Every single staff member here deserves a raise. However, we were particulary disappointed with the food quality (though I guess that's to be expected at an all inclusive). Additionally, we were throw by the amount of loud construction happening throughout the property.

Room was cleaned everyday. Staff was friendly. There was minor issues with the room like the sliding door in our bathroom was chipped at the bottom and the tile on the baseboards were not aligned. Also our TV was going out and had a line going through it. Overall our stay was good, but not excellent. I would come back.
