We arrived at the hotel and the room was not ready which is acceptable since it wasn’t 4 PM yet. We asked them to call down to their beach and see if they have a sunbed and the girl at the front desk rolled her eyes at me. She then proceeded to do so and gave up after a few rings. They said they would text us when the room was ready but they didn’t. We got to the room and called down a few times for an adaptor and I had to make 3 separate calls only to receive them an hour later. They are the only hotel I’ve been to where they charge for them too. They did give me one for free to make up for the 3 calls and the time it took. They then called me for check out at 11 and I told them I should be receiving late checkout since I have Expedia perks and they finally agreed to do so since they didn’t honor any of the other perks. The facility isn’t terrible. I have stayed in all 5 star hotels this trip and I made the mistake of not realizing this is a 4 star. So you get what you pay for sort of

Perfect location and still very quiet. You can walk everywhere but it’s just a quick 8 min straight shot walk from the train station into Cannes. The staff was very helpful and the bed made it hard to get up in the morning with how confortable it was. The coffee machin in the room was state of the art and the mini bar was full of every luxury (although there was no room to store personal items in the fridge). The balcony was spacious and the bathroom was 10/10. Plenty of storage space within the room and the tv allows for casting. However, my favorite thing about the property was the location and how quiet it as at night.

Lovely hotel

A lovely hotel in a great location. Steps away from everything the city has to offer. The staff really made our anniversary special with a room upgrade, decor and a lovely treat! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing stay!

We had a delightful stay! The room was spacious and backed onto a garden so very quiet! The staff were unbelievable so friendly and helpful. The building from the outside doesn’t look great however the location, the staff, the breakfast, the room were AMAZING!!!! I would go back!!!

Nice hotel, some facilities could be updated

Lovely hotel in a good location. Enjoyed the private beach club. Rooms were comfortable. Appreciated that hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Some facilities, such as the gym, run down and would benefit from being updated.

It is not worthy for the money you pay. It is a okay to nice hotel but it is definitely not worth the money I spent. I had a Garden room that felt like more overgrown garden with no view. Small rooms. Tub as a shower, who uses a tub to take a shower?! Good breakfast and good staff that the breakfast area. The rest of the staff was very rude and no attention like. Did not fell like a classy hotel at all. Regular hotel with good locating but overpriced fees for what you experiences. I have paid much less for much more.

No commercial gesture at all as we have been affected by the French air control staff strike and hence had no means to reach the hotel (it was just a weekend getaway). As this cause was 100% externality, and given the room rate, it would have been expected to get the opportunity to rebook, or a voucher for example. They gave nothing so we lost the entire stay cost. We will not try to come again.
