Ansprechendes Hotel in zentraler Lage
"Gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr ansprechend. Zimmer zur Straße hin gut isoliert, allerdings ungenügend in Richtung der Flure. Grund ist eine fehlende Dämmung der Zimmertür. Sauberkeit insgesamt vollkommen okay. Personal überaus freundlich. Lediglich beim Check-Out wurde ein „optionales Trinkgeld“ in Höhe von 5% netto aufgeführt. Zwar wurde darauf hingewiesen, dass dieses reduziert, erhöht oder auch gänzlich entfernt werden kann, allerdings ist die pro forma Aufstellung aus hiesiger Sicht inakzeptabel und erinnert an so manche italienische Touristenfallen. Dies fanden wir schade und hat dem Check out einen faden Beigeschmack gegeben. "
