The sophisticated Villa Cavaion with a panoramic infinity pool is situated on a hill above Lake Garda with a unique 180-degree view of the lake.
Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, it is situated in the middle of a large park by the village Cavaion Veronese - only a few minutes by car from the seaside towns Lazise and Bardolino.
With over 300 square meters of living space, the villa offers 4 bedrooms, a dressing room, a kitchen, a dining room, 3 1/2 bathrooms, and an indoor Jacuzzi.
In total, there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms (equipped with showers, wash basin, WC, and bidet), and a smaller bathroom with a wash basin and WC at your disposal. The largest marble bathroom is additionally equipped with a whirlpool and the master bedroom has a separate dressing room.
The spacious dining room, as well as the living room, are ideal for common dinners or small family celebrations and at the in-house small bar (incl. beverage refrigerator) you can enjoy an aperitif. In the fully equipped kitchen. Hobby cooks will find everything their heart desires: electric and gas stove, oven, dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee and espresso machine, and a microwave.
A huge covered terrace connects the villa with the panoramic infinity pool and the park. From here you have a beautiful view over the property down to Bardolino as well as to the opposite shore of Lake Garda. Garden chairs, sun loungers as well as a gas grill are also there.
In the basement of the villa, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, which can be used by guests. In front of the villa, you will also find a carport with parking for up to four vehicles.
