Hot breakfast was cold every morning, even when we were first in the line at 7.30am. Continuous dripping of water in the toilet and the random flushing was unnerving. Unable to secure a sunbed around the pool on day 1, despite us being guests?! Book your taxi on the day because it cost us €70 each way but the hotel wanted to charge €120. Bit disappointing on the whole.

This is a brand new or completely renovatef hotel so everything’s brand new and sparkiling. Great breakfast and great location on harbourbay cala n bosch.

Ihana kokonaisuus. Mahtava allasalue palveluineen. Satamassa paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja joista sai kaiken tarvittavan. Huone oli siisti, tilava, ja hyvä ilmastointi. Näkymä altaalle ja satamaan kruunasi kaiken.

Emplacement idéal, de part la vue et les accès aux infrastructures (bus, cami de Cavalls, Marina, ses commerces et restaurants...) mais manque d'insonorisation entre les chambres.

Hôtel excellent !!! Personnel toujours souriant et disponible. Petit dejeuner buffet très variés et copieux. Super SPA. Note particulière à Julia pour ses massages aux pierres chaudes, 1 h très agréable et très efficaces pour les tensions musculaires. A recommandé ++++

Upea Hotelli aikuisille

Kiva hotelli kivalla sijainnilla. Vain aikuisille, joten altaalla leppoisa tunnelma. Allasbaari edullinen mm. Iso olut 3,5 € ja pullo viiniä n. 15 € (Taittinger Shampanja 50 €/pullo)

A Holiday ruiner

I make it short. I travel about 200 days in a year and Im used to all kind of service, bad and good. Casas de Lago was the worst hotel I've ever been and never go back. If you dont want to ruin your holiday pick another place to stay. Cons: - Lies after lies. We booked a 54sqm suite but we got ~20sqm regular room. They tried to lie to me it was the suite. Ridiculous. - Air condition didnt work in this "suite". After 4-5 hrs they got it to work but we couldnt adjust the temperature. - Luckily the room had ceiling fan but we believe it was neighbours remote control which also controlled our ceiling fan because it turned on and off by itself every now and then - At the breakfast there was always some food out of stock - Difficult to get the eye contact from the staff Pros: - otherwise nice hotel and nice pool area but there is bettee 4 star hotels nearby.
