"Dieses Hotel ist definitv kein 4-Sterne-Haus und ist leider mehr Schein als Sein. Ich bin nicht pingelig, aber nachdem sowohl das Bettdeck als auch das das Laken fleckig waren und sich auf dem Laken Krümel befanden, habe ich dies bemängelt. Da niemand mehr vom Housekeeping vor Ort war, habe ich das Zimmer gewechselt. Dies war soweit in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, aber was nützt es, wenn man als Gast nur leere Phrasen erhält? Wir hatten uns nach der Garage erkundigt. Es gehört entgegen der Angabe von Expedia keine Garage zum Hotel. Die Mitarbeiterin hätte uns Adressen zu Parkhäusern notieren wollen, aber das haben wir dann selbst recherchiert. Schade war nur, dass sie nicht darauf hingewiesen hat, dass in der Nähe Parkhäuser sind, die Sonder-Konditionen anboten. Einen Tag sind wir vor der Frühstückszeit zu einem Ausflug aufgebrochen. Am Vortag hatte ich mich morgens erkundigt, ob wir ein "Breakfast to go" erhalten könnten. Das sei möglich und wurde notiert. Als wir dann am nächsten Tag danach fragten, wusste der Empfangsmitarbeiter von nichts. Er bot uns zwar Getränke und Snacks vom Thresen an, aber das war ja nicht das, was wir ursprünglich erfragt hatten. Zudem sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig. Unsere Türen haben nur richtig geschlossen, wenn man sie laut hat zufallen lassen. Unsere Zimmer lagen gegenüber des The Fitz William Hotels und von der Straße war die ganze Zeit Lärm zu hören. Aber die Lage war perfekt."

"Sauberes, schönes und grosszügiges Zimmer, Hotel befindet sich an ruhiger aber doch zentraler Lage, das Personal ist sehr unterschiedlich: an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück grüsst ein Grossteil des Personals nicht einmal. Das Personal im Restaurant sowie Zimmerreinigung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist top!"
