Allocated wrong room, room had no heating whatsoer, temp _1 Then accused of smoking in room, which was a complete pack of lies , 150 euros then taken from my credit card. However, and after heated discussion monies were reinstated into my account. Stay then improved somewhat. Overall not impressed.

Staff were amazing- friendly and very helpful. Room was lovely, very clean and quiet. Perfect location for getting around, the airport bus stopped 50 yards from the entrance to hotel couldn’t have been easier. Great value would definitely stay again 😃

Very clean and tidy hotel. Room was spotless and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Breakfast very good variety and quality. Perfect spot for exploring Dublin. 10 min walk to lively Temple Bar area. Aircoach bus stop across the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and as expected. The service was very good, with the staff recognizing we were part of the loyalty scheme. (It’s not the primary hotel chain we use, so we don’t have many points) As checkin was delayed, they provided us with a discount voucher for a nearby cafe, which I thought was a nice touch. As there is no Uber in Dublin, the staff organized an early morning taxi to the ferry, which was ready and waiting for us on check out. I have to say, the service was way better than the chain we usually use…

Perfect stay for us right on O’Connell St near shopping, coffee shops, close to Temple Bar and a great run along the river. No 1 stop for hop on hop bus very close to the hotel. Great location for us, Hotel rooms great comfortable beds and very quiet. Breakfast is the best - so many options! Would definitely stay here again - the staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking is the only challenge with a garage off site and a bit spendy. But parking is safe - closed garage.
