"The stay was super nice. My room was small but everything was super clean. 10 minutes to the train and tram station right in front of the hotel. I was surprised how quiet the room was when the windows were closed. Also I was happy to open the window fully :) I really do not understand why hotels are so warm,… the room was way warmer than 23 degrees. I could have used the AC but I always get sick and I’d rather not have the room at a higher general temp. And cool it down if needed. I really dislike the paper cups for the free tea "

"Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft im Vorfeld war super. Wir durften unsere Haustiere mitbringen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, das Abendessen lecker. Das Ambiente des Speisesaals fanden wir etwas kühl. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte ein tolles Bad. Anscheinend war es oberhalb der Küche, weswegen es nicht ganz ruhig war. Das Personal von der Empfangsdame bis zur Küchenkraft war außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr empfehlenswerten Unterkunft. "
