We had a great time staying at this location. Had everything we needed and loved all the closet space. The noise on the street was a bit noisier than expected but it wasn’t too bad. Alex recommended some great spots to eat and rooftop bars. Everything was about 15-20 min walk away with the Ponte Vecchio right around the corner.

Small gem

Loft apartment with all the amenities we needed in a lovely part of Firenze! The AC doesn’t cool aggressively, but enough to make it comfortable.Good communication with our host, and a wonderful location to explore!

Fabulous location

I spent 5 nights in this studio suite. The location was perfect and easy walking distance to everything. It is a busy area and felt safe even at night. The elevator was a blessing since the suite is on the 5th floor. Very secure suite. Since I was alone I slept on the day bed. Comfortable. There were plenty of towels and kitchen linen. I loved the washing machine. Bring a bar of soap if you stay here as there is none in the shower. Plenty of hot water, well equipped kitchen and good air conditioning which is important at night since the street can be a bit noisy and I kept the huge window closed. Lots of closet space. Alex was very responsive and check in out was simple and clear.

Central location with great host!

We had a great time in Florence! Couldn’t ask for a better location! 1 minute walk to ponte veccio bridge and very close to other attractions! Our host was very helpful and allowed us to drop our bags before check-in so that we could take advantage of our limited time in the beautiful city of Florence!

Superb location

The place had some noise from the street but was a trade-off for the great location. It was very close to buses and easily walkable to everywhere. There were more ammenities than expected (washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron, etc). The kitchen was small but covered the basics. However, the cupboards for crockery were high up so they were hard to reach. Host is very helpful and responsive. Would stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to almost everything. Warm and friendly host. However, very poor property condition. Tank water heater (maybe 50 L only) not sufficient. We had to take turns and wait for 40 min before each of us until the water is ready. A lot of mosquitoes even in the winter.

Great location - kind of bare bones

This is a great location and the building has an elevator if stairs are an issue that's a plus. Room is basic. nothing real special - you. are here for the location. It is clean and well equipped. lighting is harsh and flourscent adding to a sort of weird vibe. It is also noisy bc of the great location.

Quick stop in Florence

It was a perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Florence. It is right off the Golden bridge, super busy street. Lots of shopping, cafes, and close to museums. Had we been staying longer I would have preferred somewhere off the beaten track. I had ear plugs that helped keep evening noises from disturbing my sleep. Bed was comfortable and my daughter slept on daybed.

Our Florence Visit

The location was great for visiting the main attractions and walking to the Pitti Palace and gardens. Great restaurants and bars in the area. It was a little noisy at times but closing the windows and shutters helped with that. The kitchen is small but functional and it was great having a grocery store across the street. Having a washing machine was also great as we packed light. Overall, a fine vacation.

L’appartement est idéalement situé mais le gros point négatif et sûrement le seul : il donne sur une route très passante même la nuit et c’est du simple vitrage. On a réellement l’impression que la fenêtre est ouverte sur la rue… Si vous recherchez du calme et de la tranquillité ce n’est pas le bon choix. Sinon le process de self check-in permet une grande liberté c’est top, l’appartement est très propre. C’est une pièce unique avec les 2 lits et la table à manger. Supermarché au pied du bâtiment. La gare n’est qu’à 20min à pied. Hôte réactif et indication très claire par message

Un appartement magnifique, idéalement situé à deux pas du célèbre Ponte Vecchio. Entouré de charmants restaurants et cafés, dont le Cavalieri Ponte Vecchio Risto, qui a été un véritable coup de cœur. L'appartement est bien aménagé et impeccablement propre. La machine à laver s'est avérée très pratique après notre trois semaines de voyage, et tout était à notre disposition pour nous mettre à l'aise et créer une atmosphère chaleureuse. Le processus de self-check-in est clair et facile à suivre. L'hôte se distingue par sa réactivité et sa grande disponibilité, très bon délai de réponse. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix pour son emplacement exceptionnel.
