"Der Aufenthalt im Flemmings Hotel hat all meinen Ansprüchen mehr als genügt, bis auf den entpersonalisierten, technischen
CHECK IN, der ist eines so anspruchsvollen Hotels unwürdig. Man muss nicht alles mitmachen, was geht. Auch würde ich lieber persönlich beim Hotel reservieren.
Die Stadt Frankfurt sollte das Umfeld des Hotels verbessern, schließlich ist das Bahnhofsumfeld ein Aushängeschild der Stadt. DANKE für diesen Service."
