Fantastic experience

Very friendly hosts, the villa is set in beautiful surroundings with a very good size pool. The villa is comfortable and has everything you need. The location is excellent with the shopping centre and supermarket less than a 5 minute walk.

Beautiful tranquil place to stay

The best part of the island of Mauritius to stay, and we'd highly recommend anyone looking to rent a villa self catering this is a gem of a place to stay. The pictures do not fail to let you down, it still looks and feels a great place to stay. Its a lot larger in real life. We would come back without a doubt, Annette is very friendly and a helpful host. You have access to complete privacy of the ground floor and upper floor, which boasts so much of space. As well as the private pool. Its great when you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the area. We look forward visiting again soon. Thanks Stuart & Marielle

Toller Pool und viel Platz

Uns hat es gut gefallen. Wir waren fĂŒr eine gute Woche da und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Am besten hat unseren Jungs der Pool gefallen. Die NĂ€he zum Supermarkt und zum Strand von Grand Baie waren auch gut. Die Bootstour zur Ile d'ambre mit dem Mann der Vermieterin zum Sonderpreis war ein schönes Erlebnis, das sicherlich in Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Des hĂŽtes accueillants, arrangeants (organisation de taxi, douche au dĂ©part) et de superbes sorties bateaux dans les Ăźlots proches avec HervĂ©. L’appartement est grand, la piscine est belle (mais Ă  l’ombre l’aprĂšs-midi) toutefois il nĂ©cessite une remise en peinture et surtout un mĂ©nage beaucoup plus soignĂ©

Super Urlaub in einer Traumwohnung

Wir waren im Nov. 2023 fĂŒr 2 Wochen auf Mauritius und können uns den bisherigen Bewertungen nur anschließen, ein Urlaub in Annettes Ferienwohnung ist einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung ist Dank Dora stets sehr sauber, hat alle Utensilien die gebraucht werden, einen traumhaften Pool und liegt zentral, sodass alles fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichbar ist. Annette steht immer mit Rat und Tat zur VerfĂŒgung und der Ausflug in einem schönen Holzboot zu einer wunderschönen Insel mit ihrem netten Mann HervĂš war der KnĂŒller und ist ein absolutes Muss. Abseits der Touristen-Massen legt HervĂš mit seinem schönen Boot an, es gibt ein sehr leckeres Mittagessen vom Grill, die passenden GetrĂ€nke und ausreichend Zeit zum Schnorcheln. Fazit: Wenn noch mal Mauritius, dann auf jeden Fall bei Annette.

Das Paradies auf Erden

Wir waren 3 Wochen bei Anette in Ihrem tollen Apartment zu Gast und es war wirklich wie im Paradies! Die Wohnung ist großzĂŒgig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage ist toll, denn man ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß im riesigen Supermarkt und in 10 Minuten am Stadtstrand. Wir waren aber lieber in Pereybere, ca. 3,5 km entfernt. Dorthin hat uns Umed, unser supertoller Taxifahrer (natĂŒrlich eine Empfehlung von Anette), gerne hingefahren, wie auch sonst ĂŒberall hin. Wir haben den Mietwagen gleich storniert und sind nur mit Umed gefahren. Anette war unheimlich lieb, sie ist sogar am Tag unserer Ankunft mit uns zum Einkaufen gegangen und hat uns wertvolle Tips gegeben! Super war auch Dora, die Haushilfe, die 3 x die Woche zum Saubermachen kam und regelmĂ€ĂŸig die BettwĂ€sche gewechselt hat. Wir haben den Urlaub auf Mauritius so sehr genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, liebe Anette!

Oase in mitten des Trubels ;-)

Wir waren die ersten 10 Tage unserer Reise zu Gast und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool lĂ€dt zum abkĂŒhlen ein. Wir haben auch einen Bootsausflug mit dem Mann der EigentĂŒmerin gemacht und hatten viel Spaß dabei.

Maison au top

Nous avons passé des vacances au top, la maison est bien située, trÚs agréable, piscine bien appréciée par les enfants et les plus grands. Hervé et Annette sont trÚs accueillants. On a aussi pu profité d'un moment avec Hervé sur son bateau ! On recommande cette location.

Unvergessene Tage

Wir haben uns bei Anette und Herve sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt . Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts egal ob Strandmatte, Schnorchel AusrĂŒstung oder Regenschirm alles da. Auch sonst hat Anette immer ein offenes Ohr und hilft wenn nötig . Supermarkt und BĂ€ckerei sind zu Fuß ca. 5 min entfernt. Alles in allem war es ein unvergessliches Ergebnis und wir wĂŒrden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Tres beau cadre au calme

La verdure entoure l’appartement, les oiseaux sont nombreux, c’est vraiment un cadre idyllique. La vue depuis la chambre du haut est trĂšs belle: vĂ©gĂ©tation exotique partout. La propriĂ©taire est discrĂšte et trĂšs sympathique, rĂ©pond toujours avec rapiditĂ©, c’est rassurant d’avoir les propriĂ©taires non loin sur place. Les enfants aimaient aller rendre visite Ă  leurs tortues. Appartement trĂšs lumineux, bien Ă©quipĂ© pour la cuisine. Piscine trĂšs agrĂ©able, et bonne localisation avec les plus belles plages du Nord tout prĂšs et le Super U Ă  5 min Ă  pieds. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Schöne Unterkunft mit super Pool und tropischem Garten. Annette und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus liegt ganz in der NĂ€he eines Supermarktes, wo man sich bestens versorgen kann. Dieser ist fußlĂ€ufig in ca. 7-8 Minuten zu erreichen, trotzdem hat das Haus eine sehr ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Ein Traum

Wir durften drei Monate von Dezember bis MĂ€rz im Palmgarten bei Annette und HĂšrvĂ© verbringen. Es sind tolle Gastgeber. Mit der lieben Annette hatten wir viele gute GesprĂ€che und haben auch viel ĂŒber Land und Leute erfahren. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet. Auch der Pool, der exklusiv dieser Wohnung zugeordnet ist, ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Dreimal wöchentlich wird von der Putzfee alles wieder gereinigt und in Ordnung gebracht. Trotz der sehr ruhigen Lage ist man zu Fuss in nur fĂŒnf, resp. zehn Minuten bei der BĂ€ckerei, dem Supermarkt und im Stadtzentrum. Auch an den Strand ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und zu Hause gefĂŒhlt. Es war einfach wunderschön.......... Nochmals ganz lieben Dank fĂŒr die tolle Zeit. Jack und Laurette

Schönes Objekt mit netter Vermieterin

Die Fewo war total in Ordnung. Man findet alles vor was man so braucht. Sogar Tauchermaske und Schwimmflossen stehen zur VerfĂŒgung. Schöner Pool.
