Location super convenient literally a 2 minute walk to Interlaken West train station, and 15 minute walk to Interlaken Ost station. Great shopping and restaurants around the immediate area. Rooms clean with great AC. Bathrooms were impressive with a nice soaking tub. Onsite restaurant was average but you get a 10% discount for being hotel guest. Breakfast was average. Highly recommend overall.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a little dated, but not in a bad way. It's unique and charming. The location was perfect, right next to the train station, and plenty of shops and restaurants within short walking distance. The staff was super friendly, and the room was great. My only issue was the shower was a little short. I'm six foot and had to duck a little, but it wasn't that bad. Shorter showers are common, unfortunately. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights and they’ve been keeping our room clean for the duration. Staffs are attentive. We have some few minor issues and was addressed right away. Breakfast is the usual. Can’t complain. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Also, the location is very convenient.
