Dear Ruwaydah Ibrahim Yusuf, You stayed in our hotel from July 13th in Three Different rooms. If you were so unsatisfied with our services, why did you stay 10 (ten ) nights in our three rooms without any dialogue ? We remember that one travel agency booked the rooms for you saying that the hotel is 5 star and have connected family rooms. Why you did not take a look at the hotel before you come to spend more than two weeks in Istanbul ? You blame us for the things that travel agency has made up to overcharge you. You can just book your room yourself though online booking channels. We wish all the best for your family and really sorry to see that you have left a comment like this after staying 10 nights in our boutique hotel.
