"Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war in jeder Hinsicht ausgezeichnet. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Frühstücksteam, insbesondere Engin und Busse, die uns jeden Wunsch förmlich von den Augen abgelesen haben. Ihre Aufmerksamkeit, Freundlichkeit und die Bereitschaft, zusätzliche Optionen zu ermöglichen, waren außergewöhnlich. Engin ist ein äußerst herzlicher Mensch, der uns bei jedem Anliegen kompetent und liebevoll unterstützt hat.
An der Rezeption wurden wir von Abdurrahman sehr herzlich empfangen. Mit seiner humorvollen und warmen Art hat er uns bestens betreut und unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich bereichert. Auch Rıza, Fatma, Meryem und Ünal haben uns stets hervorragend beraten und uns während des gesamten Urlaubs zuverlässig begleitet. Dafür möchten wir uns herzlich bedanken.
Das Gesamtkonzept des Hotels überzeugt durch ein perfekt abgestimmtes Team, das aufmerksam auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingeht und den Aufenthalt unvergesslich macht. Das Hotel selbst ist äußerst sauber, hervorragend gelegen und alle wichtigen Orte sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer hat einen sehr hohen Stellenwert. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Reinigungskraft, die unser Zimmer stets in einwandfreiem Zustand gehalten hat.
Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden bei zukünftigen Istanbul-Besuchen ausschließlich hier übernachten."
