A great hotel in the middle of the village. Good breakfast and clean rooms. The gym was a bit small as there were only four machines and a set of dumbbells from 1-10kg. I would have appreciated a bench as a base.

A Hotel with a lot of potential. Surprisingly large hotel, almost hidden within the tranquility of this historic town. It has a decent wellness/sauna/steam room/relaxation area, and a small but well kitted gym. Rooms of good size, and staff helpful, when they are available; and that’s the only real let-down that unfortunately affects the whole experience in hospitality. It is simply understaffed, room cleaning, bartending, even reception is staffed by a few, trying to do the work of many.

It was by far the dirties hotel I have ever stayed in. Do not go there. Everything was dirty! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Mold and filth in the shower.

A big hotel that is clearly understafed. The 1 person that I saw did the reception, Check in and even the cleaning of the furniture. The bed was really oversized leaving little room for the just one chair. Most of the public toilets in the hotel where closed. The breakfast was good. It could be a nice hotel if it would invest in more staff.

Das Frühstück war bei meinem Aufenthalt nicht gut. Viele Dinge waren schon aufgebraucht und wurden kaum nachgefüllt. Das Frühstückspetsonal war, wenn überhaupt aufzufinden, überfordert und unterbesetzt. Leider war im selben Zeitraum auch niemand über die Rezeption zu erreichen - Schade, denn sonst war das Hotel für mich (bei nur einer Übernachtung) ok.

Desværre havde personalet der stod for morgenmaden ikke en faglig stolthed. Man blev ikke mødt med smil og en godmorgen. Der blev ikke set efter, om buffeen skulle fyldes op eller gøres pæn efter gæsternes brug. Vi syndes heller ikke det er passende at personalet betjener sig selv ved buffeen i stedet for at servicere gæsterne. Lige så hurtigt som de fik stillet mad ind, stod de selv og tog det inden gæsterne kunne tage. Vi var to par afsted. Det ene rum var der en fin madras, det andet rum var madrassen så udtjent og deforme. Da vi ankommer bliver vi ikke oplyst om, at der ikke bliver gjort rent på værelset. Nu ved vi det selv fra andre gange vi har boet der. Men det er ikke noget man husker, at sige den første dag man ankommer. Vi skulle immervæk bo der i 5 dage. Det er lang tid hvor der ikke bliver skiftet håndklæder og andet, hvis ikke man var klar over det.
