First visit to Krakow

The accommodation was great value for money, very spacious in comparison to other places I have stayed in. Situated directly outside bus/train station and surprisingly quiet considering the location. The hotel supplied ear plugs for those visitors who may be light sleepers, however, I consider myself quite sensitive to noise and I had no trouble sleeping whatsoever. Although the room was sparsely furnished it was functional and the stairways were cleaned on a regular basis. Any additional towels etc were supplied from reception without any trouble. There is a little restaurant downstairs that offer guests 10 off their bill. We ate there and it was a tasty meal. On the opposite corner there is another bar serving food, good beer and cocktails. The old town is so pretty and kept immaculately clean. We covered most areas of the city during our 4 day stay. All good. I would highly recommend a visit . There is evidence of lots of investment in the city due to the level of building work taking place therefore, I imagine Krakow will have a very different face in the future, good in some respects providing it does not spoil the charm of the old town.

Krakow visit.

The room was clean with basic furniture. No air conditioning. No amenities such as fridge to cool drinks or store food. The Hotel is ideally located opposite bus and train stations so ideal for short term bookings. We booked room for 10 nights but bins etc weren't cleaned during our visit, or towels changed without having to ask staff to do so.... Certainly for those staying a few nights the use of a fridge would be beneficial. Friendly helpful staff. Given it's location etc we would use it again for overnight stays while travelling.

Great location

The main plus is the location, only five minutes away from the trains , bus (to airport), shops and food places. The price is good, you get what you pay for. I mean no daily room cleaning service i.e. no fresh towels, toiletries and refreshment. I asked reception and they say they like to keep your privacy but if you ask for fresh towels etc. you will get them. It was 34 deg C when I was there, no A/C but they get me a giant fan when I asked for one. The staff are very good, they are there to help you. The minor cons, is the bed is very low and the shower is very high and dangerous to step out. No lifts to the second floor. Very basic and clean, ideally need to have a fridge and electric fan in room in hot weathers.

Good stay!

Very good value. Room clean and tidy. Excellent city centre location , close to bus and train stations. Staff helpful and friendly. A good all round stay

It was cheap and clean place to overnight. Walls are thin, you can here noise from other rooms, it’s better to take earplugs with you. Single person room was very simple, mayby there should be carpet or more decoration, that it would be more comfortable. The pillow was not that good.
