Had a problem at check in and no body would take action. Just got the run around and end result was the Sunset Station in Vegas c ould not accomidate us and would not refund the room. We gave the room to the next in line. Hope they got what they needed.

Great stay except shower quality

Check in/out and luggage service was great and quick. Room was clean. Friendly staff Property was lovely. Main complaint was with the shower and non existant water pressure. I think a ziplock bag with holes punched in it would have been more effective.

Well, they said they had room service, but after a long day of work, I came back to find out that I would have to get dressed and go downstairs to pick up anything I wanted to eat. I chose to not go down and went to bed hungry. When I checked in, they did not acknowledge the $98 that was paid to Expedia and charged me the full amount of 145 for the room. I asked if they had my reservation from Expedia and they said yes, but they still charge me the full amount I wouldn’t stay here again.. It took 15 minutes for warm water to get to the room. Thought I was gonna have to have a cold shower.

We loved the friendliness of the staff, the exquisite Italian restaurant and the fact that is mainly for locals. I hated the loud music at the pool. This was rather stressing instead of relaxing.
