I had a great stay at the Heeton Concept Hotel Kensington. The absolute highlight was the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to the supervisor who was professional, kind, and made me feel very welcome. The location is top-notch; it’s a safe area with plenty of dining options nearby. Plus, it’s only a 4-minute walk to the Earl’s Court tube station, making it easy to reach London’s main landmarks in about 15-20 minutes. Regarding the room, it was a bit small due to the building’s layout, and the heating system was somewhat noisy. I also think a little more effort could be put into the general room cleaning. On the plus side, the toilet was spotless, and the shower provided warm water almost instantly. Overall, a solid choice for a London stay!

We really loved this property. It had mixed reviews but the location is near the tube and eating and price was very reasonable. Our room had AC, window and a shower. Staff was very nice, properly was clean and in a safe area.
