Loved the Petite Chef dinner experience. Also enjoyed the room with a balcony and the breakfast buffet each morning. The hotel was staffed with caring people who made our stay the best!

Overall, the hotel maintains quite a high standard. Both the service and the room were well-equipped — I didn’t have to ask for anything extra. Most of the staff were attentive and provided good service. But there were two staff members — one wearing a jacket and the other not — whose manner came across a bit stiff, and their tone of speech wasn’t particularly pleasant.

The thermostat in our room didn't adjust the air flow and temperature. A traditional thermostat would be a better solution (separate switches for fan, temperature, A/C or heat).

A wonderful experience for this American and her daughter. The service was great, accommodating our arrival ahead of schedule while offering free beverages in the room during our stay. There was a restaurant in the hotel which offered a breakfast as well as dinner. The location was within walking distance from the train station. We were also located within walking distance of the old town, the bridges, and all the shopping we could manage during our two day stay.

Excellent location in Old Town!! Very close to the Chapel Bridge, lots of restaurants, the train station, and Lake Lucerne. We stayed there for 5 nights and took a few day trips, so it was great to be within walking distance of the train station. The hotel was really nice and clean, and the staff were helpful.

The location of the Hotel as far as proximity to the train station and ease of getting to restaurants and shopping is great. Other than that I found it to be just average. The front desk crew was ok, but not super helpful. In other words they did their job, but nothing else. Our room wasn’t ready until a bit after 3pm, which we had to ask a couple of times about its readiness. The room was small and the bathroom smaller. The shower only had a hand held shower head. If you didn’t hand hold the shower head it just sprayed straight out all over the bathroom. We also had a hard time using the air conditioner, it was old style and we couldn’t get clear instructions to use. We did finally figure it out on our last night. Additionally they offer that if you don’t opt for daily room cleaning you can get a drink voucher for the bar. Although we opted for no daily room cleaning, no voucher was offered/given.

The staff were absolutely amazing, quite helpful and also friendly. The room was immaculate with a lot of attention to little but useful things such as magnifying mirror in the toilet and other mirrors outside. The coffee in the room was so delicious. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a central location very close to everything.
