das Gütsch hat eine lange Tradition , es war schon immer mein Wunsch, mal dort zu übernachten. Wir haben die Victoria Suite gebucht. Die Suite war schön, nur hat sie einige Mängel. Die Kabel der Nachttischlampen sind ausgerissen und sind deshalb sehr gefährlich. Der Vorhang über der Badewanne war staubig und defekt. Als wir kamen , wollten wir in der Bar etwas trinken. Wir konnten nicht lange bleiben, da uns der Kellner gesagt hat, dass der Tisch reserviert sei und wir in der Bar einen anderen Platz suchen sollen. Leider war alles besetzt. ich finde, die Hotelgäste sollten immer Platz haben. So fühlte man sich nicht willkommen. Das Essen war nicht schlecht, aber das Anrichten des Gerichtes war schlichtweg schlimm! Leider werde ich das Restaurant nicht weiter empfehlen können. Der Service war sehr nett.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, tolle Aussicht, Essen sehr fein, Morgenbuffet reichhaltig. Werde die Unterkunft sicher wieder besuchen.

Le site est magnifique et la vue sur le lac et les montagnes est incroyable… le funiculaire pour se rendre en ville 10 minutes de la vieille ville….. cet hôtel fait rêver, la plus belle vue de Lucerne

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, und sauber. Leider schmekte uns dass Essen nicht so gut,für diesen Preis dürfte dies wirklich besser schmeken.

Wer mal in einem "Märchenschloss" wohnen will ist hier richtig. Das Beste ist die Lage: hoch über dem See und der Stadt, ruhig, und doch super schnell zu Fuß im Stadtzentrum durch den Schrägaufzug! Perfekt
