The hotel overall was huge, clean. I like the pool and the location is nice by the ocean. I didn’t like that I didn’t receive any before as a vip member of expedia. Also the room wasn’t new. The bathroom is soooo small. I paid from my pocket to upgrade the room and It was less than regular room. The Hotel is average overall but it’s not worth the price.

The property was very Beautiful, the gym was nice and the beach accommodations were okay. However the first room they gave us was dirty with stains on the floor, no towels and a dirty towel on the balcony. Luckily they accommodated a very nice room as an upgrade but charge me for an extra bed EVERY NIGHT that we did not have. Overall support was not provided and elevators in the hotel worked very poorly!

Horrible Sevice - Be prepared for rudeness.

Service was rude. I have been staying here several times a year for the last decade. It is going downhill. The check in staff is very rude. I was there early and checked in waiting on a room. No call for 4 hours. I then went back and stood in line for 30 minutes as I watched all the guests get room keys. When I got back to the front of line and was helped. No apology. They just ignored they did not contact me. And said next after giving me a key. The staff for Arkadia Grill was also rude. The Beach. Horrible experience the last two stays. This time it was even worse. I wen5 down early and asked for 2 chairs. I was to be as close to the beach as possible. Well, they place towels on the chairs to save them for groups of girls who the staff flirts with. For food and beverage it was even worse. Placed an order and then our server for the whole area disappeared for 90 minutes. Everyone around me had the same issue. Management never contacted me even though I reached out. Do yourself a favor. Stay at the Eden Roc next door (service always first class) or the Lowe’s. Or really anywhere else.
