One of my favorite hotels! Staff is usually very nice and helpful. The pool/beach staff work very hard! The pools are great and also the beach area. The yoga and full body workout are amazing! Was disappointed about not receiving my member perks, but had a good time.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. My favorite thing about the hotel was the pool and beach access that my fiancé and I had. The thing I liked least about the hotel was that they did not have an ironing board to iron on nor a microwave to reheat my food with. Other than that, the stay was great.

The hotel staff were not overly accommodating and did not try to facilitate in a great guest experience. The main poo area chairs were “claimed” by 10 am by people not even using them but who put their items on the chairs and then were even present. We went to the beach and they didn’t even have enough chairs for guests. They had more cushions than chairs and offered that we lay down on a cushion on the sand until chairs became available - that is completely ridiculous service considering beach chairs are included in the daily resort fee !! It was embaressing to be laying on the ground next to others who were on chairs even though we were all staying at the resort - this issue needs to be fixed immediately. We had the worst first impressions due to this. Also once chairs became available they were giving them to people who showed up later looking for chairs instead of asking the hotel guests who were laying on the ground if we wanted chairs- how is that fair ? Also only one person serving food and drinks outside - there should be multiple people so that you don’t have to wait and flag someone down for service. Really poor experience would not return or recommend hotel to others.

I absolutely loved this property. The bathrooms definitely need to be upgraded and the housekeeping staff was not responsive. Other than that the hotel, the beach, the pool, the lobby everything was perfect.

Bright, modern hotel on Miami Beach

Very nice property but elevators are very noisy, even from two rooms away. Takes a bit too long to get a response to requests from housekeeping but all staff were very pleasant to deal with and the hotel was in very good condition throughout.

Unique—it's near the boardwalk and beach, both easily accessible. However, the rest of the stay was not good. The service was horrible, the hotel was overcrowded, and the staff had no idea how to handle it. The hotel was not very welcoming from the time we checked in.

room not properly cleaned (someone’s leftover food, baby bottles, dirty floor, 2 old towels for 4 people, no bedding for sofa bed) started by requesting the food picked up and additional towels/bedding brought up). took hours and hours. around 11:00 someone came with a couple sheets. then had to request pillows etc. can’t call front desk no one picks up. had to go down many times only to be told they would take care of it. 5 other guests complaining at same time. this place is very tired and so poorly managed. shame, had stayed before and although some issues able to overlook as it’s a unique hotel. not now - stay away!

Our room was not the best and we had the two bedroom suite. Toilet seat was loose, mildew on toilet paper stand the bathroom had a mold water smell the living room area was lacking that finished feel. I heard they were remodeling from the top floors we were on the 12th room but they were supposedly on the 14 with the project. I wish I had asked for another room. Other than that the hotel restaurant food was great, gift shop affordable, desert, fruit, sorbet and salad stand great. All the pink was cute and outdoor area! Perk was this has been the only hotel where beach umbrellas are free to guest!!! 2 outdoor pools very Miami looking! Friendly staff I would stay here again
