The room was spacious and clean. The service was excellent. The amenities were very nice. The food is a bit pricey so we only had three meals onsite but they were good. We walked and biked to other restaurant options.

Grand Beach Hotel was such a nice surprise!! We had an unexpected 2 day layover in Miami (as did many others). The hotel was packed, and the staff handled the crowd with grace and charm. Our room was spotless and roomy, again a terrific surprise! Great work GBH!

The room was nice and had a great view. Everything was clean. The pool area was beautiful. The restaurant was not bad but the menu could be improved. Food was overpriced. The problem with staying here is the distance away from everything. Not the hotel's fault, but I had to Uber to get everywhere and I prefer being in a walkable area. Overall a nice place to stay!

I don’t mind paying for a nice place. $450+ room + $60 for valet + $60 for resort fee but then you want to sell me a bottle of water for $8? $58 for a makers mark and a Pinot grigio. $31 for a pins colada and small water bottle. I guess some people think it’s impressive to waste money or be ripped off. I’m not one of them.

The hotel did not have any drinking fountains or water bottle fill stations, not even in the gym. The bathroom stalls didn’t have hooks to hang a bag or towel. Overall the hotel was fine but I wouldn’t go back

Spotless very bright. The service for breakfast wasn’t that hot but the food was good overall it was a very pleasant day, but we did not know you had a resort fee. The hotel was well located, clean and well maintained. The staff were courteous and helpful. Their system was not guest friendly. It was impossible to pay one's bill early when there were no lines, only just before check out and leaving one's room. The final bill did not have a zero amount showing the bill was paid. These are simple things most hotels around the world provide. CS

Room was very dusty, I had a skin reaction from it. There was also a person in charge of the guests who was always tracking the guests with their bracelets. It felt a little intense.
