This hotel is definitely not worth a 4 Star rating. Fading carpets, rooms smells like mold - I just couldn’t stop sneezing. Very 1980s dated, feels like a highway Motel than a 4 star. Needless to say, we checked out immediately and found another one close by. However the property charged us for both rooms full price. Expedia needs to do a better job recommending hotels. Very disappointed with their service offering as well

Outstanding, perfect location and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are happy. From Mathew on reception super helpful & friendly. The Breakfast staff are simply a joy, special mention to Donna for displaying genuine care & attention every morning, Manuel for ensuring our snacks were always topped up. Honestly, so many perks to this hotel - absolutely loved our long wknd and would 100% stay again. They can’t do enough for you and for that we are grateful. Having stayed at some of the finest hotels in the world we have come to realise it’s not about the status - it’s the people and all the staff here are a pleasure

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. It’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like an average motel in USA. It’s dark and super dated. Ugly green carpet, green old wallpaper, strange pieces of furniture, not particularly comfortable. Scratches, holes and rips in walls, tiles and furniture. Not working safe, tv with only few stations (2 in English) Small bathroom with black mold around the tub. The place needs a total renovation. Internet was working sporadically. Continental breakfast was served in the basement. Good coffee with decent food but not too many choices and even less for vegetarians. Front desk stuff was ok depending on the day. Some days not particularly friendly. The only positive thing was the location to the main attraction. I would not stay in this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.
