The pillows were really incomfortable and the mattress was really too hard. The hotel is very poorly soundproofed. We can hear people talking in other rooms. The hotel is a bit ar from the center but the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and the one of tram, at 4 minutes. The terrace and bistro are nice. However, the breakfast buffet is really too expensive at 20 euros

Recht modernes Hotel im Norden von München

Recht modernes Hotel mit gutem Service Nähe Schwabing/Milbertshofen. Parkgarage fussläufig drei Minuten entfernt gegen Aufpreis. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet für 20€ Aufpreis pro Person. Leider nur wenige Steckdosen, keine USB Anschlüsse und im abgeteilten WC keine Lüftung, keine Einzeldecken im Queensbett und nur zwei Kissen. Preis/Leistung noch ok.

We had a wonderful stay here and already miss it. The location is perfect – tucked away in a quiet spot north of München yet only a short walk to the tram, which made getting around so easily. I really appreciated the hotel’s clever scheme where you can swap a room cleaning for free drinks – a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. Everything was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended to families.
