We enjoyed our stay and liked that breakfast did not consist of fruit juice, coffee and fruit. There were scrambled eggs, ham, waffles, bagel, toast, cereal, fruit etc. Everything was great.

I loved the location and ease of having a pet with the hotel. I felt that the customer service was highly lacking from the hospitality team. I felt more like a bother and had no one ask to assist me with baggage. I was asked if I wanted valet once. My key cards stopped working the last day of my trip and each time the gal at the desk barely looked at me or showed any interest. The hotel is absolutely stunning and I just felt that the staff should be just as excellent.

We chose this location as it was further away from Broadway and was less quiet. It was nice to have Vanderbilt U. across the street and the Parthenon across the street for walks. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My family loved the morning breakfast which had many options including quina pudding with oatmilk. The pool was xtra big and work out room was in good shape with a variety of equipment and weights.

Front desk attendant, Maliah I believe was her name, was very helpful on check-in. The shower soap dispenser was empty, however. Otherwise, a nice stay. The breakfast was nicely done.

I loved the roominess of my suite. It was great to have the full kitchen and living room area outside of the bedroom and bath area. I loved the indoor pool. The area was safe and walkable. The only thing that I would suggest would be to add a safe to the room.

I base my ratings on the value of the stay. For the price, the value was okay, but missing. First the good. The breakfast was great. The lobby looked nice. And it felt very safe. Parking was terrible, unless you pay for valet. After paying the additional fees on top of the room stay. The room was a good size. We had the king suite. But, the couch and bed sheet had some staining. The shower door fell off the tracks while we were there. That was a horrible experience. There isn't anything around the immediate area, which meant parking and access to vehicle were made even worse. Overall, the value just isn't inline with what you get. Maybe if the overall stay, including all those fees, was 40 dollars less, I would say the value would be there. But at current price, it just isn't.

Great hotel in West End!

Nice hotel on west end. Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to food and entertainment and the free shuttle to broadway is nice. Pool and fitness on the 3rd floor was clean. Would stay here again for sure!
