It is relatively run down , service could be better. The value is not there . Restaurants are overpriced , the hotel is nothing special. Casino is nice. Service is ok but nothing special even when you pay for the pool cabanas , you don’t get good service. It is very average. I think Atlantis is still a better option!

We had a great time the first 2 days; however, on the last day, I was woken up by drilling so loud it felt like it was in our room. We couldn't use the room the entire day, and they said Yeah, they need to do construction. If you're paying for the room, then ideally, you would want to use the room during the day as well, but they didn't think it was an issue. So bizarre how they did not think this was an issue that a guest can't even use the room that they paid for. Pathetic.

the property at the SLS Baha Mar was a little worn. Needed an overhaul. Carpeting was old and very stained, kind of gross!! Staff was very friendly and nice...especially at the pool area.
