We mentioned we were returning customers, unprompted they offered to send up bottle of wine to our room. We thought lovely gesture, but after waiting 24 hours for it to be delivered, we had to chase. It did finally arrive, but don’t promise, if you don’t deliver. Otherwise all good.

Le style un peu trop dark est difficile à supporter au premier abord mais on si fait L’hôtel n’a de 4* que son emplacement mais les employés sont super sympa et serviable.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Und sicher keine schlechte Wahl, wenn man nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringt. Auf den Bildern erscheinen die Zimmer leider heller, als sie tatsächlich sind. Für mich persönlich war es zu dunkel. Vorallem das Bad. Unser Zimmer war auch sehr sehr klein. In Kombination mit der dunklen Einrichtung wirkte es auf mich eher bedrückend.

Viele Gäste lieben die einzigartige Einrichtung des Hotels und wir sind enttäuscht, dass es nicht Ihrem Stil entsprach.

We had a good stay at this hotel. The man at the reception was very friendly and nice. The room is beautiful but a little bit small. The system with the automatic fridge is a little bit complicated. I filled out the online survey but I've never got the email for a free drink. All in all it's a good hotel and I would recommand it to a friend.
