Please beware that you likely won't be able to check-in earlier than 4 p.m. Also, almost every person I interacted with from the hotel during our stay was rude. At check-in, since the room wasn't ready yet, we weren't able to park either until we had a room number. The lady at the check-in desk immediately told me that our room only had a partial view of the falls (not what my reservation said) and tried to upsell me another room for over $200 more and said "but you can check-in now". It was more like she was holding me hostage and trying to charge me more than helping us with our situation. Also, our room DID end up having a view of the full Canadian Falls, so she never should have even brought that up like there was something wrong with the room I paid extra to reserve with a view. The lady at breakfast was also rude. The overall hotel was nice and the breakfast was pretty nice, but the parking situation if you arrive early is impossible. Also, there is a very long wait to get on an elevator (but taking stairs down 26 flights is not really an option). Beware after breakfast you may wait in a long line to try to get back to your room.

Customer service at check in was exceptional. Bathroom was a bit run down and the shower stall was dirty, this was a junior suite by the way. Shower attachment was loose, asked the front desk for the service department to look into it, nobody came. The hot water was not working properly due to this. There was dust on the headboards of the 3 Queen beds. Mini fridge could have been stocked with some water at least.

Very Disappointed – Not Worth the Price or 4-Star

I stayed at this 4-star hotel hoping to give a great experience to an important guest who was visiting. During check-in, the front desk staff offered me a “better room” for an additional $250. Since I wanted the best for my guest, I accepted the offer. In total, I suppose to pay close to $1000 for one night. I have a video that shows how dusty the room was but the system allows to upload only photos. Unfortunately, the room was a huge disappointment. It was dusty and not properly cleaned. I found a bunch of hair inside the jacuzzi, which was completely unacceptable. The sink was cracked, and the paint on the walls, doors, and furniture was chipped. All the furniture looked old and outdated,definitely not what you expect from a luxury hotel room at this price. I reported these issues right away to the evening manager, nobody showed up to address them and asked for at least a reduction in the extra $250 I paid. Instead of taking real responsibility, the manager only offered two extra hours of late check-out. No one came to clean the room or take care of the problem. The next morning, I spoke to the morning manager, and she finally gave me a $150 discount. But overall, the experience was frustrating, stressful, and not worth the high price. Cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service were far below expectations. Also, the breakfast's quality was below expectations! I will not return, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best place to stay for a trip away from home.

Excelent place to stay. Staff and everyone involved were very courteous. Could not ask for a better place to stay. Excellent view of the falls and every attraction is very close. The incline is right across the street. Embassy Suites was by far in the top 3 hotels that I have ever stayed at. This includes trips to Ireland, Scottland, the Alps in Germany, Belgium, UK.

Told us they were going to put us in the same room type on a different floor since alan was ready earlier failed to mention, it was not a king bed, but a queen bed even though my reservation and pracing was for a king. Breakfast was okay. I found the dining conditions to be quite dirty. I even had to wipe our table as it was super sticky and crumbs were everywhere, but it was included so it doesn't feel right to fully complain on it. What shocked me was for the cost of the room per night how internet was not free?Unless you signed up for some membership. But the cherry on top of the trip was the valet parking. Usually do valet, is it's usually safer and you have no worries about your car or any parking issues. When they brought back my car upon checkout, there was 2 huge scratches to which they did nothing about or even consider which now on my car, which is Gray, has 2 white Scratches down the passenger backseat door and nothing was done about it. Won't stay here again.

Everything was fantastic. Only couple of things . Housekeeping services they are rude. When I call for services they were rude with me. Other thing is the lack of elevators they are very crowded
