Room had a great view and resort has always been a great gateway to the magic kingdom, particularly EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. Check-in was a little rough, there was a little difficulty getting he’ll with our baggage but it was the only bump in a great stay. The restaurants were great, although we missed Don Shula’s Steakhouse. The Garden Grove was a hidden gem and a great place to start your day. Great place very nice room and good people, a winning formula every time.

The pillows were not comfortable. The safe in the room jammed and security had to be called to unlock it so we can get our valuables. The phone was nit working, repair had to be called.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. On-site restaurants were excellent especially Kimonos and the Italian restaurant. The Mexican restaurant at the Dolphin hotel across the courtyard was also a delight. Wonderful walking or boat access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Clean room. Not many restaurants or cafes. The Dolphin has better eating spots but the rooms aren’t as nice as the Swan. Stay at the Swan. Eat at the Dolphin.

The bathroom shower walls were not very clean There was only one bathrobe The pillows were very uncomfortable There was no fan in the bathroom The hotel itself was nice with very fancy restaurants and an excellent coffee shop. Having transportation to all parks was great!
