THE LOCATION EXCELLENT, A 6 MNTS WALKING DISTANCE FROM GALLERIES LAFAYETTE,METRO STATIONS, RESTAURANTS, ETC. PERSONNEL VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. ROOM VERY CLEAN AND NICE. THE ONLY COMPLAIN, NO ROOM MAINTENANCE IN 10 DAYS. TRASH WAS TAKEN OUT BY US AND REFILLS NEEDED WERE SUPPLIED BY HOTEL. BUT OVERALL FOR THE PRICE, VERY SATISFIED& FELT VERY SECURED DURING STAY.

Clean room and staff were nice. Property is close to the Metro and just across from Galleries Lafayette and Printemps. We were happy with our stay due to convenience/proximity to places we wanted to visit. My only complaint was on one Saturday morning, across the street maybe around 5 or 5:30am, several deliveries were made. You can hear the forklift, metal banging, unloading of goods, etc. Pretty annoying when you still want to sleep in. But overall, it was still a good stay.

The rooms were clean, but initially very cold and heating not responsive. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was not much storage - drawers, particularly - for a week-long stay. The kitchen area was small but adequately equipped. We mostly used the sink and the refrigerator and didn't try to cook. Overall, the rooms and bathroom were a bit shabby and not very up-to-date. It was fine for our stay. The location is excellent - near many Metro and RER lines and shopping areas, esp. the big department stores. This made the hotel worth the money.

The room was tiny couldn’t even move in it. After begging and checking with the front desk they moved me to a corner room where at least I could put my luggage. Rima was a great help. The bathroom was old and the bathroom amenities were terrible. Breakfast was OK but one of the servers treated us like we were eating her food and was following us around telling what and what not to do… I have never seen anything like it for a breakfast buffet 😔

We chose Residhome Paris Opera as a convenient choice for shopping destinations. Steps away from Les Printemps and very close to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is efficient, clean and offers a very complete breakfast option. A very decent choice for the location. Would definitely return as an option to enjoy this area of Paris.

This was a great place to stay, lovely staff on the front desk, great location, comfy beds and quiet at night. Disappointing was the breakfast not being provided to us despite our booking including it. We were given it complimentary one morning however the lady who works in the kitchen was rude and arrogant and should not work in the service industry!

This is not a 4 star hotel. The place smelled like mold. the carpets were dirty and the lighting in the room was horrible. We were stuck in an inside room when I requested a balcony and you would think since we had a long stay reservation the room would be better. The only good thing is that it was close to the galleries Lafayette. Do not stay in this hotel.

Great location, room spacious with much better kitchenette than expected (not that we used it), staff, cleanliness etc all great. Breakfast room in basement/dreary, but food itself fine. There are a couple of cafes nearby, would probably go there next time. Traffic free zone, so very quiet. On top of Metro station and lots bus options very close. Opera Garnier a short walk. Would use again- especially for short stay.

Our room was very clean. Beds were made every single day. Towels replaced as needed. Hotel staff, Ghani was so welcoming and helpful. Everyone in the hotel was perfect. The area is wonderful for shopping and dining. My family and I had a very good experience staying at this hotel.

Good morning, thank you for a lovely stay at your hotel our breakfast attendant was amazing she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Would love to see a few more breakfast options. The apartment was spacious. The lighting is dim so it felt dark which is probably why the cleaners couldn't see the table dust. It’s definitely dated but functional.

The location is great - close to busses and metro, restaurants very close, a supermarket around the corner. We enjoyed the fridge and used the microwave. The beds were super comfortable. One challenge was the temperature of the room. As we were unsuccessful in turned down the thermostat, the asked at the front desk if they would do it. They said they would send a technician. We asked 3 different times and still the room was to warm. Thankfully we would open the window. We stayed 9 nights so our room was cleaned every 3 days. Luckily there was a housekeeping lady on the floor in the morning so we could get toilet paper... as it was not replenished. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and we would come again!
