This resort is lovely. There was lots of natural spaces as well as abundant pools, beach space and loungers. We enjoyed and many bars around the resort. We loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere and really appreciated that the guest activities and entertainment in the evenings was in a courtyard that contained the party noise to the non-sleeping areas. We did find it hard to locate good coffee, but eventually found it 2 days before departure. Transport to the resort at arrival in Cancun was stressful as the resort doesn't provide transfer and it was difficult to know which transport company to trust. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family and would book it again.

Over all the staff was courteous. There. Were a few that would brother, not liquor direction. The most disheartening thing is we went for quire relaxation to lounge the beach and just enjoy tranquility. We. Had a private walkout to the water from our balcony, which was covered with children. Streaming laughing playing. Have a wonderful time all the time. I have 16 grandchildren. Love them all but I didn't want to have children on my vacation. Especially someone else's. The beach was covered with seaweed. You couldn't enjoy the ocean at all. They had anequated means of trying to dispose of the seaweed which we were never able to fully do. They only had red wine and white wine. No variance in either. Young adults were allowed to carry on outside of our bedroom door all hours of the night yelling screaming in partying right outside of our door my husband Knight do not sleep the entire trip for multiple reasons the noise being one of them. The malt in the room being another. Sing a coffin online as another.. We actually booked an early flight home. It was ridiculous. They were supposed to pick us up in our room at 2 o'clock in the morning. Because that was the only time they could get a shuttle to the airport for an eight o'clock flight. Yet they didn't show up. So we logged our luggage half a mile up to the main lobby. Where our shuttle was to meet us. I was never so glad to be home from a vacation..

The beach is huge and very nice! Staff was friendly at any encounter and very useful. The resort is huge and you can walk around all day which is great because you get to burn all your calories from the drinks and food. Food could be better but there is great selection and you can always find something to eat which you would love. Great restaurants for dinner!
