The literal best all inclusive I’ve ever been to. The staff is top notch. They remembered my kids names and their drink orders. There is constantly activities, movie nights and shows. Every single person left an impression from the people checking you in, the ladies at the coffee bar, the staff at kids club, the amazing bartenders (shout out to Marco), wait staff, even housekeeping! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my kids first resort. The rooms are spacious, the food is great (including room service) the water park is fun. Not sure what else I could have asked for. Exceeded all expectations.

We had an amazing stay at this resort , it was very clean , great food and drinks and most importantly wonderful service . Elvis was helping us during our stay , he made a point to find us in the resort everyday to ensure that we didn’t need anything and informed us of any activities happening at the resort. This was hands the down the best vacation we have ever had , we plan to go back to the same resort every year !

We recently stayed at the Hyatt Ziva and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Even though it rained on most days, in true Caribbean fashion it never lasted long, and we still enjoyed plenty of time at the beach and pool. The staff did a great job keeping everyone entertained despite the weather. The water park was fun, clean, and never crowded, and the resort overall felt peaceful during our stay (we traveled in the slower season). Although we didn’t use the gym this time, it’s one of the most impressive we’ve seen at any resort — spacious and well equipped. Every staff member was friendly and professional, but Mariokely by the pool, Sol from the kids club, Luis at the buffet meat station, and Gemelin at the buffet truly made our trip special with their kindness and attention. If I could suggest small improvements, I’d love to see fresh fruit mixes for drinks instead of concentrated ones, and maybe smaller batches of fried items at the buffet so they stay hot and crispy. Also, having the coconut station a few times a week — we missed it during our 5-day stay. Overall, we had an amazing time and can’t thank everyone enough. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Hyatt Ziva, Mariokely, Sol, Luis, and Gemelin, for making our vacation so memorable! ❤️

Since I’m a Expedia gold member we were told of the benefits we will get like free wine and discount at the spa, we good 20% off for the spa but the wine we didn’t get it until the very end of our stay after mentioning it a couple times, we never got it until we went one last time to the lobby and asked for it before checking out. Overall the stay was good! And the upgraded room was amazing!
