Been here since Sunday, it’s been beautiful. Ricardo checked us in and he has been very accommodating. He sent me his personal cell number and if we need anything we just message him and he takes care of it. A ride to and from the beach, restaurant reservations, and needing more water in the room. The supposedly newly renovated room had mold everywhere (bathroom, walls, curtains covered), the food was average, the pool was a good time except when towels were not available, some very great staff, but others were just plain miserable, and no one spoke English.

The Hotel installations are very good and nice. The Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. Ricardo Sanchez was very helpful and friendly, and always checked if we needed something. The bad thing is the availability of the hotel to have drinks available, Open bars, and tower availability.
