Room was nice. Clean. Good size. AC working well and quiet. Cleaning every day. Bringing fresh water, beverages, towels. No complaints. Service was good. Swimming pool and the area nice and clean. Location is nice as well. I’m giving 3 stars only because of food and service in buffet area. I’m not picky about food. Breakfast was ok. A lot to choose from. But we had to ask for coffee many times before they would bring it and twice we were done with breakfast before we get coffee. Lunch and dinner… it looks like it’s a lot of food, but sorry to say, meat hard to chew, veggies kind of bland no taste. Pizza was only thing I enjoyed and usually I don’t eat pizza. I asked for beer, four different waiter, and finally they brought it when I was done with my dinner. Second day, was the same, but that time I never got the drink. 😁 It would be a great place if they take care of that problem. Overall, it was ok. Thank you.

The resort was clean, friendly and attentive staff. I like the layout of the resort. The gym was a bit small and very warm. I was not impressed with the a la carte restaurants. They need a higher quality of food. The buffet had a good variety. Overall was very nice and enjoyed the week.

Resort and grounds are beautiful. Some very helpful and good staff and some extremely terrible staff with no idea what customer service is. The food here is beyond consumable on a good day so you’re forced to drink your calories. Prepare to eat of the grounds outside of breakfast or just avoid it at all costs. They are expanding the resort so it’s obvious care has gone to that

Save yourself the money and book elsewhere. The food was bad. We didn’t enjoy the food at all. If you don’t book at the restaurants in advance, you won’t have any available to you. We tried a few and every single one was bad as well except the sushi. The sushi was the only meal that we actually enjoyed. We thought we were going into a 5 star hotel. Nope. The hotel is falling apart. Don’t get fooled by the pictures. If I were to plan this trip again, I would 100% choose a different hotel.

Many things but the biggest red flag is the SCAM they are running with Xpand membership. The hotel is giving access to these customers and they are robbing and scamming people with a smile on their face. After they sell you dreams and castle they treat you very differently. The misleading and pressure when you get there is too much every where you go in the hotel they are selling you something and want to get every person they can to scam. Horrible no peace where you were supposed to get your vacation and relax. Never again

Truly disappointed in this resort. Paid a higher rate and got a “premium” room. Private check in which I had to wait. It was comical as the front desk walked me to the private check in area and I waited when the front desk had zero people. I was like okay whatever. Got to the room and heard a mysterious sound coming from the ceiling. Instead of unpacking I called the front desk and they said they would send someone. Waited nearly one hour and decide to walk up to the lobby. Well the special check in desk was closed. Front desk person said he would send maintenance to check it out. After nearly another hour we decide not to wait and unpacked. Day 2, our last day, the sounds was there again and there was constant chairs being moved upstairs loudly. We decided to go and look and it was a patio area and the sound we heard quite loudly I may add, was the plumbing for a pool. Not a room fit for any guest. Contacted the front and they offered to move me at 4pm on my last day. I wasn’t interested in packing to move. I should have been moved on day 1 when I first reported the issue. Secondly, the buffet needs to get some control. The kids were fingering the food, ice cream up to their elbows, wiping there snotty nose on their hands and touching the food. Super gross. Sneezing and coughing all over the place. I was expecting a reduction in my room cost after this experience. Instead they were worried about collecting a small sum for laundry service.
