It was located downtown so we were a little worried, but we felt fairly safe and it was actually quiet. Rooms were very nice, staff was helpful and friendly. As we arrived in the evening, we wanted to have supper close by the hotel and Memories restaurant next door was excellent. We also had breakfast in the Starbucks located in the hotel and were very pleased.

Room was good though the only big complaint is there's no AC and the fan blows hot (this was Oct) and the window doesn't open so I was sweating at night even though it was freezing outside. Gym was simple but decent. Breakfast was a bunch of items from Starbucks inside (not buffet).

Wonderful Service and Comfortable/Clean Room

The service I received at this hotel was exceptional! I was able to check in early and the front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel was located close to many of the Regina recommendations I had been given. The room was clean and comfortable and the tv had many channels. Incredibly value. Highly recommend!

The lack of parking is a real problem at this property. There is a tiny parking lot at the hotel itself but once that is full you have to park a block away in an open lot and walk back in a less than desirable neighborhood. I wouldn’t stay here again because of this issue. The hotel itself is good.
