Room was great, we were impressed with the full sized bath. Bed was huge and we had everything needed for coffee and tea whilst we stayed. We went looking for cocktails on Fri night and we're not one for clubs and loud music, so after giving up searching we headed back to the hotel around 11pm and found the bar to still be open. We were happy with the cocktails from the bar and our bartender Nick was extremely polite and great to talk to. Top credit to Nick!

Expensive and not worth the $

If you need ac this place lacks it. And unless u bring a Brinks truck full of cash dont try to eat at the lobby restaurant. If you do stick ti beer, we got charged 60£ for a double of scotch and the glass had only enough to barely smell the whisky

We had an excellent overnight stay. The room and en suite were spotless and the bed blissfully comfortable. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a superior double room on arrival. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Room service breakfast also very reasonably priced and efficiently delivered. Hotel is located right by Tower of London and tube station so very convenient for sightseeing and getting around.

Truly a hidden gem. Very clean. Restaurant inside hotel was very good. Close to City Cruises and UberBoat. They even have a small gym with a row & weight machine. Along with a few other equipments.

Great stay- there was only one thing last night woman are on the hallway banging her door and loudly talking almost midnight -and is a pretty small hallway so it's so loud. I almost called reception if they didn't stop. An hour banging and loudly yelling in between the doors.

Comfortable Stay

Pros: super comfy, large bed; nice shower and great bathroom shelving space for toiletries; good location; super quiet room; good AC; spacious; brought me a second duvet upon request; fridge in room is a convenient touch. Only cons are the price (London is expensive) and that our room had the smallest window in all history, so we had zero natural light. However, this could be a pro, in a way, because it made sleeping in really nice. Excellent stay overall.
