GIVE JENNA A RAISE!

First impressions are everything. Jenna was extremely warm and welcoming. She was so kind and asked my partner and I for our pronouns to ensure she was being respectful. Her explanation of the hotel was thorough and answered all our questions. She’s a very rememberable person and the hotel should be very grateful so have someone like her on the team. A true asset. The room was super cute! We had to kill about 10 gnats which was off putting but other than that, the room was fine. I would suggest more lighting or better bulbs. It was so dark, even with all the lights on!

Marker hotel 👍

Very nice room. Quirky design which was rather usual but cool as well. All the staff were very friendly. It has a fireplace with a nook great for sitting and reading. In a nice part of town and just a 5 min walk from union square. Well worth staying there.

Had a wonderful stay for my work trip! Bre and Alfonso were incredibly welcoming and really did a great job in representing the establishment - can't wait to come back. Clean room and great restaurant - only downside is the location as it is located in the Tenderloin. Otherwise a fantastic stay.
