This was our second time using this property. Easy check in and check out process. Left a day early from bookings since there was too much crazy activity thru out the night outside the property
Bring ear plugs as the bar downstairs is loud and the sound carries into all the bedrooms. Great spot easy to get to and in walking distance of all that down town seattle can offer.
The space was very cozy and the light from the tall windows was appreciated.
Great choices for food, coffee, and shopping in all directions.
This is literally the worst vacation rental I have ever paid for. The carpets are so filthy none of us wanted to walk barefoot. The shower seems like it was lifted from a camper (size-wise) with no amenities provided. Outside of that, the worst part is the way they have falsely advertised the level of noise from the bar below. Earplugs do not work and the bar is open from 3pm-3am. Vacasa property management are unfriendly and I accommodating, refusing to even reach out to the bar owners and negotiate a slight decrease in decibel levelâŠ.yet fully happy to charge full price for a miserable stay. We ultimately ended up having to move as no one could sleep at all. Really terrible place, terrible management, and filthy accommodations.
Loft is very cozy and spacious with nice amenities. The bar directly below is very seedy and blasted loud aggressive music literally until 3-4 am every night we stayed there. It was impossible to get a decent nights sleep due to this and kind of ruined the stay unfortunately.
Really gross carpet, these pictures are old. We couldnât get a response from the owner all week, we wanted them to address the carpets and give us the three rolls of toilet paper the listing promised (we got 1/2 a roll). The location is good, but itâs loud at all hours of the day and night, and the windows are old and not noise blocking. Went to sleep with bass from the bar, woken up by people talking at all hours, loud enough to be heard over the noise machine turned all the way up with earplugs. Would only want to be here in a party weekend when I was not going to sleep. Internet did not work, and after three days of texting with Vacasa, still no owner or local fix. Shower had hair in the drain. Kitchen sink smelled rotten. Basic stuff just wasnât right. If you book this, know youâre on your own for any problems.
Pleasantly surprised with this clean modern home located in the heart of downtown Seattle. Near shops, restaurants all that downtown has to offer. The home was equipped with everything you could need. The beds were comfortable and the back patio was a plus! We were very happy with our stay.
Our family of 4 enjoyed an immersive stay in the great city of Seattle. The apartment and location were perfect. The bar downstairs was loud but we brought earplugs and didnât have an issue.
My friends and I stayed here for our mini girls vacay for few days. The pictures are very accurate and the home has a âReal Worldâ (TV show from the early 2000s) vibe. It was spacious for the 3 of us.
Positives

Negatives

Noise from bar downstairs
Homelessness
Now yes, the listing clearly has a disclaimer about the bar noise. Donât underestimate how loud it can get. We stayed over a weekend so the Friday and Saturday night crowds were alot. However we are all not light sleepers so once we got to sleep we did get a good nights rest.
The area has ALOT of homelessness and there are people laying on the ground a few hundred feed away from the entrance. We were also a little alarmed when one of the homeless people tried punching in a door code around 1am but obviously ânot all there mentallyâ and wasnât able to get in.
Overall I would give this place a 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5. I think it definitely gives a city experience and adults traveling to the area would enjoy the place. I wouldnât recommend coming here with children.
Property outside is rough because of homeless people hanging around. Stairs are rough for a few. Bar and music downstairs tolerable. Little apartment the cutest place ever. Beds comfortable. Rug in front of sitting room pretty rumpled. Everything clean. The only problem for six women coming off of an airport shuttle after a few hours in flight and exhausted was no toilet paper. I texted number I had. They said look in all nooks and crannies. We did. I texted back and said we found nothing. They said they would contact staff. Never heard anything. Good thing we all carry Kleenex. Texted the next day. Nothing. We had to Uber toilet paper and paper towels. Basic necessities
The stay was great. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy after dark. I dont recommend The Meyer bar. The bartender was extremely rude. We knew it would be loud as the listing stated, however, the music didnât stop until about 4:00 am on the first night.
Great place. Enjoyed the location as it was close to walk to places. The neighborhood was cool and trendy, however, it has tons of police activity, fights outside, and very limited parking.
Great centralized location, many restaurants, bars & local landmarks are within walking proximity, although be mindful of the hills and the street elevations. It can require some effort. Ride sharing was very reasonably price and very efficient. The unit itself is depicted very accurately, and definitely heed the disclaimer of the Meyer Bar below .. we frequented the bar several times and enjoyed it , but it is open late and if you are a light sleeper I would definitely recommend ear plugs or a sound machine to help with the noise .. I would stay there again so it gets a thumbs up from me ⊠but please keep in mind there were 6 adults in our group. Iâm not sure the location would be a place to have children
We loved how accessible this is to all the places we wanted to see while visiting Seattle. The place itself was fantastic & full of character! The reviews of staying above the bar are true, but provided white noise machines helped a ton. Saturday night was the loudest & music played until 4:30am until the staff wrapped up, even though the bar closed at 2am. Parking was probably the biggest hassle. There is nowhere near where you could park without moving to meet the meters policies. There are several unhoused people in the area, however they never approached us and we felt very safe. The management team answered quickly with a couple of questions that we had about housekeeping. It was a great urban stay if you are looking for a great city experience.
This was a perfect place for myself and 4 friends to stay during our annual friend trip.
This property is located in the pioneer square area. Lots of food and bar options located very central to everything in downtown. Really enjoyed the property and communication with the rental agency was quick, clean, and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
As long as you are ok with a little gritty real life city experience this place is unbelievable! I am fortunate to have air pod max headphones so music from bar and noise from the street were no issue at all. You need to be prepared to encounter some street folks, some in bad shape. Also I would recommend parking in secure parking nearby. We walked everywhere and there are fun bars, great restaurants and awesome coffee shops all within a few blocks. We ate and loved the Metropolitan Steak House, Nirmals Indian, 13 Coins, Collins Pub, mod pizza and more all easy walking. Meyer bar is relaxed upscale âdiveâ bar. Good drinks not great service but fun. Carpets on the tables?
Cool place, right next to The Meyer bar in Pioneer Square. We knew it would be loud, since it's next to a bar but I checked the hours before booking and it seemed reasonable.
They had white noise machines, which helped a tiny bit, but it was impossible to sleep until after 2am. Floor was SHAKING. I knew it would be noisy, but The Meyer bar website said they closed at 10pm (reasonable). But, apparently it closes at 2am and you hear EVERYTHING. Full conversations, crazy music, screaming and it terrified our 6yr old.
After the first night of no sleep, I checked Yelp at it said it closed at midnight (which would have been irritating but OK if that were true). But, in reality it closes 7-days a week at 2am. If we hadn't spent so much money on it we would have moved to a hotel.
We rented it because it was a big space for the family, close to Pike Market. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU'RE NOT INTENDING TO SLEEP. No one slept. Even Sunday night was insane until 2am. Everyone was crabby and it damped the experience.
Very NIce Loft apartment, Horrible location/Noise!
It does say this loft is located above "the Meyer Bar" but what it doesn't say is that the Meyer bar is pretty much a dive bar with very questionable people coming and going and that once it open about 4pm or so it is SO LOUD with music and partying until well after 2am. Also it is in Pioneer square next to Occidentlal square which currently has a huge homeless/drug population and it is NOT a nice place right now at all. So between NO SLEEP, literally, and the very concerning safety issues with even leaving the loft. I would NOT receommmned this place to anyone. I am sorry. I HATE to write poor reviews. Especially since the loft is so nice and roomy (TINY 1 bathroom) but otherwise roomy and nice and clean.
