A beautiful hotel, well positioned for the castle and cathedral. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the triple room there was plenty of space and the bathroom was large. Very conveniently located, just a few minutes walking from the Alcazar and from dozens of restaurants and bars. The hotel is well-maintained. The only gripe is that the two single beds pushed together were very light, but they moved away from each other very easily.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The room was lovely and clean. We loved the rooftop bar. The staff on reception were very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect vicinity for all the popular attractions. Don’t worry about the cathedral bells they were not ringing every hour. Plenty of bars and restaurants around the hotel and we even went to a flamenco dance in walking distance of the hotel
