The Golden Temple Hotel was a fantastic place to use as a base. The staff are very attentive and happy to assist in any way. Breakfast was divine and if you have a chance, take advantage of the restaurant for lunch and or dinner - you wont be disappointed. Special mention to Mr Khun who was our driver. Mr Khun went above and beyond to show us the sights of the wonderful city and surrounds. He was an absolute delight to have as our guide and we would gladly recommend him to others.

The hospitality and warmth of the team at Golden Temple is unmatched. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make it an incredibly special day. They are very attentive and helpful with booking excursions as well as transportation around the city and to the airport to ensure a stress free vacation. The hotel is clean, the food is delicious and the pool area is a wonderful oasis in the city. We hope to visit again soon!

Can't go wrong staying at the Golden Temple

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price. We stayed 4 nights. The room was good. The pool area is very nice. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Had dinner there one night and it too was excellent. Best part of the stay was the staff. The friendliest, most attentive and helpful group we have ever encountered in our travels. We used them to plan all our trips to the temples. Great location too walking distance to night market and many good restaurants and bars. Great stay!

Wonderful hotel! All the staff members were so gracious and helpful, and all spoke English, which was great for us. They arranged transport to and from the airport, had drivers available for travel (if we wanted), though the location was walkable to so many restaurants and shopping places. We’ll stay again!

Amazing 1 week stay starting with the transportation from the airport. Alice greeted us with enthusiasm that I had never experienced before. She answered all our questions quickly and accurately. The entire staff from the front desk to the restaurant servers were exceptionally helpful, even when we made multiple requests. The spa was outstanding. The 3 of us went a total of 11 times and there were no disappoints. Do take advantage of the Khmer cooking class. It includes a tuk tuk tour of the Old Market where the local people shop for produce and meat. We recommend that you get one of the 4 rooms located next to the pool. Step out onto your patio and take a swim in the cool refreshing water. By the way, this hotel is within 10 minutes walk from Pub Street and a 18 minute tuk tuk ride from Angkor Wat. (Do go at sunrise!) We look forward to a return visit.

Simply Unbelievable!

Siem Reap is amazing! A lot to see and do. Night life in the Pub Street area is awesome, Better than any other city I know. And this hotel is amazing! Extremely luxurious and a great price. The room was HUGE. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful! We paid for the breakfast with the spa coupon. The spa coupon was $20 each which covers a basic massage in full and other massages are just a little bit more. Overall a wonderful experience!

This place is excellent. Boutique Hotel that treats you like 5 stars. The staff at this hotel is amazing, best customer service ever. We had a Royal Suite room right next to the pool. The pool was perfect after a long day temple touring. As we were in the pool, staff came by and said it was happy hour- a couple beers later we were happy and refreshed. We then did a couples massage that was one of the best and super reasonably priced. We ate dinner there both nights and they were both some of best meals we had so far ( we were in Thailand for 2 weeks prior). This hotel is a treat especially for the way they treated us. Book it. Please note we stayed 2 nights to do temples tour only. We did not check out around the hotel. We heard it was in a great location.

Staff was outstanding. Went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable. Most attentive staff I’ve encountered, and I’ve traveled to several places. Pool was great-my daughter enjoyed it. Food was also good at their restaurant. Shopping was ~8 min walking. However, you can take a taxi and be there in 2-3 min. Highly recommend it. A*.

Gem in Siem Reap!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm welcomes and some refreshments while I got settled. They were more than accommodating to my needs and answered every question I had ask. They had a calm demeanor and I appreciated that. I even book a couple of massages and the place is serene. An escape from the tours and the activities and the staff, the best. Great food and even suggested a show on my last night which I enjoyed. Looking forward coming back here again!

The hotel is super. The bedding is perfect with very comfortable mattresses. The pool is excellent, with clear warm water and beautiful surrounding and excellent service poolside. The restaurant has delicious food. We especially liked their great crab rolls and vegetarian spring rolls, club sandwiches and Italian and curried dishes. Ice butterfly tea was addictive. Transportation was especially easy with vehicles always waiting in front of the hotel.

Say is amazing

Staff was incredibly nice, Say always took care of us. We stayed in a suite that was a very nice size although different from the photo on line. 2 lounge chairs were reserved for us outside our room, I suggest larger reserved signs so other guests know. The hotel is on a main road, you can hear traffic from the pool but not in your room. Comfortable bed, nice shower, needs better bath products...food and restaurant staff were great, and prices resonable. Happy hour in the afternoon.
