One International Night menu per week. Breakfast and dinner. A juice par would be great too. I love it there, great place, friendly staff and good chefs. We are sure to visit again, family and friends.

Im happy with my stay at copthorne the bed are very comfy and the staff are at hands. I like.the car park and the charge £10 sometimes i get it for free being a regular at this hotel

Overall experience was fine but there are two noticeable things. Firstly, there wasn't any complementary water bottles in the room and just to quench my thirst I'd to go to bar to fillin my personal water bottle and secondly, there wasn't any spa slipppers in the room.

Hotel info says four stars but this fell short, room appeared to be unfinished, dangerous electrics, torn carpets, broken doors. Shower floods the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful but appears to lack knowledge of facilities and appear to be more around at certain times one of these sadly was not checking only having one member of staff present and a queue of guests. Food was average but pricey puddings were over cooked sadly didn't get to experience Indian restaurant. Breakfasts were average. Nice touch with complimentary drinks vouchers. Pool area was dirty, mouldy and didn't feel very welcoming. Overall a poor example of a 4 star hotel

Cannot fault it

Cannot fault the hotel or staff. Really pleasant stay. The only concern was the rooms feel very dated and need a refresh. But other than that clean comfortable
