Our stay was great. There were four adults and a baby. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get the room serviced due to nap schedules although it didn’t house keeping came late in the afternoon but staff were great accommodating clean towels as needed. The only complaint was the pullout couch which needs to be upgrading. No one can sleep on the mattress on the pullout. We had to move mattress from one of the queen beds. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this property and I’m sure we will return.

They are certainly trying to recover from two major hurricanes and alot of hotels are not open so grateful this one was. First floor rooms are still under renovation and the tennis courts were not functional. The location is great and the beach is so stunning!

If you have kids this is your place. You do not have to leave the resort there is so much to do our second year coming, we were not sure what to expect post hurricane. They have done a WONDERFUL job in St.Pete and on the resort. While we chose to leave the resort for our dinners we enjoyed the various take and go options during the day. Download Tradewinds app its great to have.

Everyone is rebuilding from the hurricanes. They are doing a great job and the staff is great! S’mores at night was awesome and the couches at sunset was spectacular. Look beyond the construction and look at the beautiful beaches! Will be back many times over!❤️

Per Tradewinds policies as posted on their website and as advertised on Expedia, cabanas and beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the $55 per day resort fee. When we got to the beach, we were told chairs and umbrellas are $15 a day, but cabanas are free. That is a dishonest business practice and goes AGAINST what is advertised. Also, by our 4th day, all cabanas had been removed from the beach, so we were forced to get a chair and an umbrella. We got to the beach at 9 am, but the only "free" chairs and umbrellas were in the last 2 rows. like what? where do your policies state that??? It was windy that day, so they had to take their umbrellas away around 12:30 for safety reasons. So no umbrellas, and there were no cabanas even though next door resorts had cabanas. We were exposed to wind and sun all day long - no shade offered. This was terrible! The main reason why we picked this resort was that all beach accessories were included - I didn't want to pay extra, and I did not want to carry them to and from. It was clearly stated on Expedia, and they confirmed it over the phone when I called before making reservations. Deceiving and dishonest business!
