I would give this a 5 star as the staff were great and the breakfast was great but the pillows and the noise from people in hallway and above and the road noise was crazy into the night and difficult to sleep. The pillows deffo need a revamp lumpy and not comfortable.

The welcome was excellent and concise. The room was very clean. Some fixtures were a little loose, the bedside lamp and the toilet flush. The room despite this was very well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The compliment breakfast was very good and varied.

The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms as well. The breakfasts and all other meals i've had where good but while i was staying at the hotel the lifts where out of order and looked like one had been out for some time. Phone before booking because its a long walk up 4 or 5 floors.

Very tricky to get parked as the pull in outside was cordoned off by the hotel. The actual parking is behind and below the hotel. The bed was lovely but the bathroom was not so clean and shower drain blocked. Staff lovely and friendly

The lift was a little temperamental, and wouldn't go down on one occasion, and one of the coffee machines was out of order at breakfast. Apart from that, the only real disappointment was the breakfast itself, which was low budget to say the least. The two staff on duty looked like they were overworked most of the time. On the positive side, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff very polite and helpful.
