Do not stay here if you are expecting a shuttle to the port . Only a few openings that will fill up before you arrive. Also told no shuttle from the airport as it ended 8/2025 FYI Loud window air conditioner so not a good night’s sleep. Sheets were dirty . Old and outdated

Absolutely terrible. I’m traveling alone with my kids and some man was knocking on our door at 1130pm. I go to look at the clock, clock has wrong time. I then try to call the front desk from the phone and the phone does not work. We were all asleep and it was terrifying. I ended up finding the front desk number on my phone and calling them. He said there was an issue with the computers and he couldn’t see what rooms were empty- and apologized. We didn’t sleep very well the rest of the night. I talked to the front desk agent this morning and he was kind, but didn’t seem to care that the phone doesn’t work and what a safety issue that was.

POSITIVES- Parking was easy and check in is 24 hours, friendly front desk lady. Vending machines right outside check in area Which was convenient for us because we came in after 2:00 AM and just wanted a couple snacks before bed. Rooms were a little run down because they are older, but clean and no weird smell. There is a Fresh Market grocery store and TJ max in the plaza just across the side street on the south side and a Publix just a Block north across the street. Both just a very short walk! NEGATIVES: Expedia still lists that there is a complementary airport shuttle that runs through 11'clock PM, but they stopped running that in August of 2025-- there is a sign at the desk but at doesn't help when you're booking and it states that it's included. We ended up paying $45 to get the six of us from the airport in a Lyft. Also, they do have a cruise port shuttle, but they charge a fee of $8 per person if you don't Booked directly through the hotel and have the specific cruise port package. Since there was 6 of us, it would have been almost $50 and it only cost us $20 for a XXL Lyft (we gave the driver a $10 tip and it was still almost 1/2 the price of the packed shuttle).
